Our heating and boiler service response capability is second to none. We are well appointed to provide a 24 hour, 365 days a year emergency call out service.
We offer heating and boiler service contracts not only for our own installations but for those installed by other contractors.
Contracted Heating Clients
Clients benefit from our service level agreement, ensuring peace of mind on critical equipment which may break down. Our boiler engineers carry parts which are common to most breakdowns. In the event that a different part is required, our strong relationships with suppliers ensure speedy procurement.
All contracted heating and boiler maintenance clients will be provided with an out of hours emergency number giving full support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Contracted clients will benefit from our service level agreement ensuring that critical equipment will be attended to within agreed response times.
We have a team of mobile heating and hot water service engineers working throughout the South East of England and we are committed to providing attendance on all priority calls received to our service department on the same day.
Non-Contracted Heating Clients
We would endeavour to attend all priority calls on the same day the call was reported to our service department and any diagnosis work would be undertaken at the quoted hourly rates.
A quotation would be provided for equipment which requires replacement parts to be supplied and fitted. Then upon receipt of a purchase order we would carry out the repairs as required, ensuring you complete control of your financial budgets.
