We consider our air conditioning service response capability as being second to none in Sussex and the South East - it has to be when holding national account contracts. 95% of all calls are met the same day through our computerised service logging system. We are well acquainted and provide a 24 hour, 365 days a year emergency air conditioning call out service to our clients. We are able to offer air conditioning service contracts not only for our own installations but for those installed by other air conditioning contractors.
Contracted air conditioning Clients
All air conditioning clients benefit from our service level agreement (SLA), which ensures peace of mind on critical air conditioning equipment. All our service engineers are stocked with universal remedial parts which are common to most breakdowns. However, should a specific replacement part be required, we can source this quickly from one of our many air conditioning dealers.
All contracted air conditioning maintenance clients will be given an out of hours air conditioning emergency number giving full support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Contracted clients will benefit from our SLA ensuring that critical equipment will be attended to within agreed response times. We have a team of mobile air conditioning service engineers working throughout Sussex and Surrey and we are committed to providing attendance on all priority calls received to our service department on the same day.
Non-Contracted air conditioning Clients
We would endeavour to attend all air conditioning priority calls on the same day the call was reported to our service department and any diagnosis work would be undertaken at the quoted hourly rates. A quotation would be provided for equipment which requires replacement air conditioning parts to be supplied and fitted. Then upon receipt of a purchase order we would carry out the repairs as required, ensuring you complete control of your financial budgets.
