Challenge

Drakes Hotel heating system failed during the end of the summer period 2008 with the Hotel was fully vacated. Leaving the Hotel with no hot water they required urgent help. TSS Facilities arranged for our engineer to attend. Upon attendance it was found that system was beyond economical repair.

Solution

TSS Facilities provided the owners with several options of repair or replacement of the system along with recommendations. Our client selected to opt for a new system. TSS sourced and supplied the replacement boiler to site ready for installation the next day.
