Challenge

The Hotel was running an old heating system which had leaking sections, the client required a repair cost or an alternative quotation for a new system.

Solution

Due to the age and the extent of the problems of the existing heating system, it would not have been cost effective to repair. TSS surveyed the demands and needs of the hotel and specified a new heating system which would be capable of delivering the heating requirements of the hotel, whilst maximising the efficiency of the system.
