University of Sussex - Water treatment
We provide water treatment and L8 Legionella services for the University of Sussex on a monitoring, testing and cleaning basis.
Brighton & Hove City Council - heating and water treatment
TSS Facilities provide commercial heating installations for schools and air conditioning installations into town halls. We also provide heating maintenance services for all council buildings and heating maintenance and water treatment L8 monitoring to all education and social care sites in Brighton & Hove.
University of Brighton - refrigeration plant
TSS Facilities have successfully maintained the refrigeration plant to the university campus's for the past 6 years. We have provided a re-active breakdown and maintenance service to all their sites - from small ice makers to large coldrooms.
Wealden District Council - solar heating
TSS Facilities installed large commercial boilers to various council owned properties and we have also project managed, installed and commissioned solar heating & wood chip boilers to a number of domestic properties in the area.
Southdowns NHS Trust - air conditioning
For the past 15 years, TSS Facilities has provided re-active and planned maintenance to the NHS trust for all their air conditioning and refrigeration plant. We have also installed new air conditioning and refrigeration for the trust.
Millennium & Copthorne Hotels - refrigeration
TSS Facilities provide air conditioning, refrigeration, catering and commercial heating maintenance to the group's hotels in Sussex and Surrey. We provide a quick response to the Hotel's demands which keeps their facilities running at optimum efficiency.
East Sussex County Council - approved contractor
TSS Facilities has been an approved contractor for the council for many years and currently maintains the air conditioning plant throughout various properties in Sussex. We also carry out L8 Legionella Risk Assessments and water servicing for all school and education properties in East Sussex as a preferred contractor. Additionally, we have installed kitchen ventiliation systems into school canteens and new heating systems during school closedowns.
