Andrew Tugwell - Managing Director
Andrew has been MD for the last 18 years, taking over from Dennis Tugwell, the company´s founder. His background as a qualified heating engineer and his practical experience in all aspects of engineering provides commercial awareness to our business development.
Christopher Tugwell - Financial Director
Chris has been with TSS for over 15 years and has developed from an accounts junior through to FD. Chris is a qualified accountant with many years practical and commercial experience of running a business.
Chris is also responsible for managing our Health & Safety commitment and he recently passed the Nebosh Health & Safety level 3 examinations.
Stephen Tugwell - Water Treatment Director
Stephen is responsible for our Water Hygiene Department which has significantly grown over the last 10 years. He runs a highly efficient department which currently holds major contracts with local government bodies, blue chip companies and hotel chains.
Steve has over 20 years practical experience in this industry and has gained many qualifications.
Jason Mamoany - Service Manager
Jason has been with TSS for the last 16 years and has successfully managed and controlled the growth of our service department whilst maintaining an excellent customer service record. He has developed and built good relationships with both clients and suppliers allowing us achieve a professional service.
Peter Townsend - Project Manager
Peter has been with TSS for 12 years. He is a qualified air conditioning and refrigeration engineer with over 30 years of industry experience. He manages all our air conditioning and refrigeration projects and has successfully built a good reputation with all our clients.
Jason Grinstead - Heating Contract Manager
Jason is a fully qualified and experienced domestic and commercial heating engineer with over 20 years experience in the industry. Jason has a successful track record of service management with a reputation for delivering a high quality service. The addition of Jason to our management team in 2010 added immediate value to our business.
Charmaine Shurman - Senior Coordinator
Charmaine has over 15 years experience of working as a service coordinator in the gas servicing industry. She has gained valuable knowledge and is able to prioritise emergency callouts and schedule servicing of equipment with great efficiency. Charmaine has excellent focus on customer service and is an asset to our service team.
Tamsin Philp - Senior Coordinator
Tamsin joined our team in November 2010 and has proven to be a real asset to a busy service department. She has excellent customer focus and communication skills which are essential in running an efficient business.
