TSS Facilities has always taken a pro-active approach to health and safety at work.
Our nominated Health and Safety Director holds an NVQ Level 3 NEBOSH qualification in Health and Safety. In order to ensure we maintain a robust health and safety culture, we also employ an in-house health and safety consultant at our offices each week. Our consultant assists in the development of policies, risk assessments and systems of work as well as undertaking inspections and training and assessing the performance of our staff and sub-contractors.
Our engineers are required to attend a range of general and specific health and safety courses as well as holding industry approved certificates in their relevant trades.
Our comprehensive training matrix enables us to plan and schedule the necessary training before any problems arise.
TSS Facilities is accredited with the CHAS, SafeContractor and Constructionline schemes and is always looking to expand its accreditation to other recognised schemes. Our systems and policies provide a sound platform for achieving this.
