Accreditations

We have full accreditations with the following organisations:

Gas Safe

Gas Safe Register replaced CORGI gas registration in Great Britain on 1 April 2009. It is now the official industry stamp for gas safety. The new register will provides enhanced levels of service and clearly written rules of registration. There are also be new services and benefits designed to improve the registration scheme and promote gas safety.

OFTEC

Accredited to the Oil Firing Technical Association (OFTEC). A register of contractors who have demonstrated competences in working with oil fired appliances/equipment.

Refcom

TSS Facilities holds an F gas Company Certificate. This is a legal requirement for all businesses that install, maintain or service stationary refrigeration, air-conditioning and/or heat pump equipment containing or designed to contain F gas refrigerants.

NICEIC

NICEIC is the UK electrical contracting industry’s independent voluntary body. NICEIC registration demonstrates to customers and specifiers our electrical skills and professionalism in this area.

Legionella Control Association

The Legionella Control Association (LCA) ensures that contractors dealing with water systems where Legionella is a risk are competent specialists. Our water treatment department is a category 1 member of LCA.

Daikin Installers

TSS Facilities have been accredited with the D1 Dealership which provides advantages that we pass onto our clients such as costs and extended warranties.

ISO9001

ISO 9001 accreditation demonstrates that we have exacting quality management systems in place.

ISO14001

ISO 14001 accreditation demonstrates that we are environmentally friendly.

Environment Agency

TSS Facilities is licensed with the Environmental Agency to carry hazardous waste (e.g. reclaimed refrigerant gas) from our clients to a local agent registered to destroy the waste.

Constructionline

Constructionline is the UK's register of pre-qualified local and national construction and construction-related suppliers.

CHAS Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme

The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme is a health and safety membership scheme which is available for contractors or consultants. To obtain CHAS we have passed a detailed assessment of our health and safety procedures and practices.

SAFE Contractor Accreditation Scheme

Safecontractor is an accreditation scheme that assesses the health & safety competency of contractors and service providers.
